  Absolutely amazing service from Demileigh at Horsham store today. My daughter came in, in pain and crying with a very serious ankle injury, and left with a perfectly fitted new pair of shoes and a huge smile to match. Really excellent service and Demileigh is a complete credit to your company. She was so knowledgeable, friendly, professional and caring. We ended up buying five times the amount of things we had planned to and it was a pleasure! We can't say thank you enough, but please can you pass on our gratitude and best wishes. So refreshing to meet someone so lovely and to receive such great service nowadays. xx
