  It's bright, fresh, warm and clean. There's immaculate loos here and all manner of shops from cafes, to health stores, clothing, comer shop, my favourite perfume store. All that glitters is right next door to it for that special gift, an Anne Summers shop I have to physically drag my hubby past! (only because its all too small for yours truly lol). Boots, with their so helpful pharmacy, plus Wilkinson (lovely warm staff) with their pet section and lovely plants49 and seeds. Also art store, (next door I bought a suitcase for a Greek sojourn and was actually fitted! To make sure I got the right Size,) I got my trainers in Swan Walk too, ooh and a sarong for the beach! All without having to do more than remember which end Marks and Spencer were, for my fresh bread.

  This was almost a revelation, I am not a shopping fan, but there where plenty of interesting independent shops, it was well decorated for Xmas and is entirely pedestrianised. Great market stalls selling international as well as local foods for immediate consumption, plenty of good coffee bars and pubs. Parking directly on site and at reasonable price. Altogether one of the better experiences. If you have to shop, this place makes it a good day out.
