  I have bought a couple of watches in this store before and had a good experience so went there yesterday with an earring I had lost at a wedding and someone had trodden on and flattened! The staff could not have been more helpful and repaired the earring while I waited. The service could not have been better, everyone in the store is so friendly it is a pleasure to visit. Highly recommend, will definitely be back myself in the future.

  An uncomfortable experience. I took an old watch in to find out how much it would cost to repair. The sales lady passed it to a male employee or owner who took it to another room apparently to examine it. He came back a few minutes later and said to the lady assistant that it would probably cost at least £100 but indicated that it was probably not worth it. The lady conveyed this to me. That was fair enough but I felt that the male employee was very rude. He did not acknowledge me or have the decency to speak to me directly. He wasn't interested in repairing the watch. But he didn't know that next week I might have been looking to buy a diamond ring !! I certainly won't be setting foot in here again !!

  My partner and I are very pleased with the service we received at Whibleys in Horsham! I had my heart set on a particular ring I had seen in the window (as my engagement ring ) but I was informed that with that style of setting, a wedding ring wouldn't sit flat against it. I then had the option to either have a perfect fit wedding band ( shaped to my engagement ring ), to choose a slightly different style from the selection they had at all their stores, or my favorite to get one custom made ! I now have a ring that I had my own input to create and I couldn't be happier! Definitely recommend this place for all your jewelry needs, will be returning for the wedding rings at a later date
